After reviewing NewAge's site and seeing the grill island cabinets, I ordered the two cabinet set along with the black granite top; both cabinets and the granite top were packaged very well and secure on pallets. Since I opted for the white-glove service, two men carefully unpacked all parts and carried them to our patio and made sure I was happy with the quality received. The cabinets came with a plastic material over all exposed sides to prevent scratching and there was none! After setting up and adjusting to the same height of my grill, I caulked the top of the cabinets and placed the granite on top to secure the granite at the exact same height of my grill cabinet. I could not be happier with the service, the price, the construction, and the quality of all the parts received. If your looking to create an outdoor grill island, you owe it to yourself to check these cabinets out! I plan on ordering the side burner cabinet next when back in stock to complete my outdoor kitchen and be the envy of the neighborhood!

I made an order on March 24,2021 where I bought garage furniture including Wall mounted shelfs, on May 3rd 2021 the product was delivered to my house and after a confusing scheduling process the installation team came, did half of the installation and left all the garbage in my garage and just left without finishing the job.

I thought this was something normal that could be fixed with a phone call or a couple of emails, but here I am almost a month after the installation and I dont get any update from this company, they stopped responding to my emails. I was open to any date even when they proposed June but they never confirmed any date.

Be careful with the delivery and installation team of this company, products are good quality but are not worth all the trouble you need to go when you buy their products.
Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, there are ton of other companies way more formal than this one.

When converted to propane with the kit provided by Newage, the bbq heats up way too much. Newage do not have the technical support to fix the problem. The gas orifices provided by them are too big and I had to hire someone at my expense to fix the problem. The minimum temperature I was getting with the conversion kit was 410 degrees with burners set at minimum. Newage advised me it was normal and to use it with one one or two burner on. Ridiculous from them

I was lost in my thoughts for a garage storage system design. Two ladies from Newage Products (Riyaa & Sagarika) aided me all through the process... from my initial thoughts, to a 3D design that I could view and understand what I was wanting and what I would get. Thank you so much for the assistance.

A few years ago I purchased an outside kitchen from NewAge Products and was impressed with the quality of the product. Recently my daughter bought a new home and decided to include a bar wall. I requested some assistance designing the space and Saif sent me the most beautiful plans. My daughter was thrilled.

I worked with Vishakha to design our garage cabinet set. She was very helpful and experienced in the products which made everything very easy to get done and ordered.
